Biography

Dave Bova’s Divina threads the boundaries between East and West blending the ardent acoustic sounds of Latin/ Flamenco with the magical gentleness of Celtic music, his powerful yet accessible compositional style has that quintessential ability to captivate and appeal to a vastly diverse audience.

From the perfectionist musician to the light hearted listener, Divina’s music will entertain and mesmerize any audience.

Dave Bova has been performing both in Italy and in Australia for many years.

Dave has done it all, from co-founding “Eris Pluvia”, (one of Italy’s most established progressive groups), to appearances with established Australian artists such as Sara Storer, Jenny Morris, Slava Gregoryan, Martinez brothers, Atlantics, James Morrison, Marcia Hines and Renee Geyer amongst many. Dave was also a founding member of the award winning group Medicine Wheel, gaining National recognition including a nomination for best group at Tamworth’s prestigious Golden Guitar Awards in 2003.
